Publications that have featured my artwork It is a unique thrill for me to have my artwork published: somehow it seems so permanent and affirming to have my work out in the world in this way. My own love for books contributes to this feeling, as well as the kinship shared by the artists included in a published project. My artwork has appeared in books, magazines, newspaper articles, stationary sets, and calendars, as well as on websites and blogs. In some cases I submitted my work through a competitive selection process and in others I was sought out and contacted directly by the author. Either way, it is always a celebratory moment to have the final product in my hands, to see it on a bookstore shelf, or to hear from people that they remember my artwork from a particular publication. |
